please I want to ask about  female 17 years old. her complaint was abd discomfort . lab results was Hb 10.7 , HCT 34.2 , platlet 136000 ,MCV 81 ,MCH 25.1 ,MCHC 31.2 , WBC 6.2 
URINE ANALYSIS : many urate amorphus ,many uric acid crystals .

abd US was done and all was OK except : bilat renal gravels , mild colonic distention .

PLEASE , I want to ask -urgently- about provisional diagnosis ,further investigations ,ttt .
( and what about thrombocytopenia specifically )
