 اود ان استفسر عن شيء هام جدا و هو المستقبل, انا الان في السنة السادسة واود ان اعلم من القائمين الافاضل على هذا القسم  ما هي الخيارات المتاحةامامنا في مصر بعد التخرج سواء كان الترتيب التراكمي متقدم او متأخر,ر و عما اذا كان هناك فروع جديدة و مطلوبة في الطب,وذا كان بالامكان من اي شخص كتابة تجربته الشخصية بخصوص هذا المجال كنوع من النصيحة و القدوة,فجميعنا ننبع من مكان واحد و اعتقد ان هدفنا جميعا النجاح والارتقاء بديننا و علمنا و حياتنا لمنزلة افضل, وفي الواقع قد ارى حياتي في قصة نجاح احد منكم , واتمنى ان تكون الاجابة شاملة لجميع الخيارات, و اعتقد ان الكثيرين سوف يستفيدون من هذا لانه هنا في مصر اصبحت المواضيع معقدة و مشوشة لدرجة اننا لا نستطيع رؤية مستقبلنا بوضوح, فارجوكم ساعدوني و ساعدوا الكثيرين ممن يسعون لمستقبل افضل . جزاكم الله كل الخير.[/size]

I,m graduated in Dec 2003 & finished emteyaz in july 2005,
anyway it is a good question u r asking. First excuse me to write the answer in english
when i was in emteyaz i was looking for something tht  has no huge numbers of people struggling on it
about all the major sections u,ll need a specialized hospital to start in otherwise DONT go through, i mean if u,d like Obs/Gyn dont take it unless u had an oppurtinity for a hospital has a good obs/Gyn section & this will be the big challanage because takleef always take the control in distributing people.
I,ll give u a good advice about the free sections like Emergency medicine & the Preventive medicine in ministry of health & popultation
Ememrgency medicine for something like elzamala elmasreya it gives u a good position in a good hospital ask about it
Preventive medicine is located in the main building of wezaret elseha these 2 sections r still good as little people think about it & u can have a chance to learn & be good in it not difficult
About me i tried all of tht & i was already took the way in the preventive medicine but i had a bad look for everything in the country now i,m in USA for more than 2 ys i,m getting traing in a good hospital & i,m applying inshallah in the match of 2009 for residencies allover the states
